Faubion Store and Post Office 1942Vacated Site of 1942 Cedar Park Post Office

In 1942, Roscoe Faubion bought several acres of Cluck land containing Emmett's home and store, plus an old building west of the highway.  The old building was replaced by a new combination post office/grocery store and gas station.  This site was later vacated and a new post office was built across the street in 1979.  Located on Old Hwy. 183, behind the current Cedar Park Optical Store.
